oh my. did the best cake ever yesterday. first time i tried to do a carrotcake, but definitely not the last. if you are a sucker for carrotcake, you really have to try this. better than in the café´s. //3 egg/2,5 dl sugar/1 dl oil (choose an oil without taste)/4 dl shredded carrots/3 1/2 dl flour/2 tsk bakingsoda/2 tsk cinnamon/2 tsk vanillapowder/ //frosting- 120g philadelphia cheese/40g butter/3 dl powdered sugar// 1-mix flour,bakinsoda,cinnamon and vanilla powder. 2-shred the carrots. 3-whip egg and sugar well. 4-add oil and carrots to egg mix-stir.then add the flour mix. 5-put in the oven for 35 minutes in 175 degrees. 6-whip the frosting and put it on your cooled cake. voila´! add some berries on the frosting before you serve.
