or let’s just start with the basic wall climbing techniques. i invited my brothers and my boys along for a fun and exciting day of wall climbing. i’m not really afraid of heights, but i sure was tested once i got to the top! yikes! this type of work out is super fun and you really get to challenge yourself both physically and mentally. i can highly recommend spending some hours at blocs and walls in copenhagen. even children are more than welcome to try out their cool skills!
